Picture walking into a major store, and every item is tagged "Please Contact Customer Service for Information and Pricing." Would you? In this age of instant decisions, if your product is not readily available for order online, you will lose the potential business and customer. Very few people will go through the days of emails back and forth to get a simple question answered, or to establish the price of an item.
